The spirit of a school is determined to a large measure by its students. Jesuit High School relies on its students to foster its spirit and advance the objectives stated in this handbook. The regulations and sanctions set forth in this handbook have been designed to ensure the safety of students and staff, to create an environment conducive to learning and to foster growth in students toward a more self-disciplined and mature “man for others.” Students and their parents can help advance the spirit of cooperation the school desires by carefully studying these regulations and sanctions. When students try to comply with these regulations, they do their part to enhance the sense of community within Jesuit High School.
